Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Consumers have the option to use this platform to resolve their disputes. I am not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Notice pursuant to § 36 VSBG: I will not participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures within the meaning of § 36 VSBG. The use of an alternative dispute resolution body is not a mandatory prerequisite for calling competent ordinary courts.  

I am happy to resolve conflicts by mediation.
